Refund policy

Items eligible for return and full refund-

Item return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Item is in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.

Once the item is received and meets all the return eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued.


Items eligible for exchange or credit-

Item return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Item is in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.

Once the item is received and meets all the exchange or credit eligibility criteria, an exchange or credit will be issued.

 

Return and exchange process-

Making a return is convenient.  Please contact us and include “return + the order number” in the message box.

Shipping costs at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, you are responsible for the return or exchange shipping cost.  We cannot refund the shipping fee if the order is returned damaged due to shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds-

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
